We want you to be the best person you can be at the airport – and we’ll support, develop, train and guide you no matter where you are in your career. We have an in-house Training Team who are dedicated to creating and delivering high quality training to all of our employees.
We know that the decisions we make today are important for our future – so the training and development of our people on their career journeys is one of the easiest we could make.
The training we offer you will depend on your role and your objectives. A key part of our appraisal process is to ask about training and development so that we can give you the right opportunities at the right time.

What we offer
Security training
Our Security Trainers are accredited by the Civil Aviation Authority and have all been in your shoes before. They are here to support you in the classroom, on the shop floor and beyond to become an Aviation Security Officer.
Leadership training
Our people are given the opportunity to develop their skills at every step of their career through our development programmes including Talent Academy, First Steps into Management, Management Development Programme and Authentic Leadership.
Airside training
If you are working or driving on the airfield then you will be trained by one of the Airside Trainers who will pass on their wealth of knowledge of aircraft movement, uncontrolled crossings and many other aspects of working airside.
PRM training
Our PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) accredited Trainer will provide you with the expertise to support passengers who are in need of assistance. You will learn how to engage and support passenger’s with hidden disabilities or reduced mobility.
