Communications

Our Communications team is the voice of the airport, using several different channels to engage with passengers, staff, media, stakeholders, and communities.

The team comprises Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Internal Communications, Sustainability, Airspace Change and Environmental Noise Management.

The work of our Communications team can be seen across a range of different channels. Whether it’s the signage and screens in the terminal, the content you see on social media, the advertising on buses, the emails in your inbox or the spokesperson you read in the media – it will have come from our Communications team.

They look after the airport’s reputation, making sure stakeholders, passengers and staff are kept informed, engaged and educated on everything going on across the airport. They also engage with communities on issues such as noise and sustainability, while leading on the delivery of Greater Good – our sustainability strategy.

Working with teams across the business, from retail and commercial to operations, the communications department is responsible for ensuring the airport’s key messages are heard loud and clear.
