Benefits

Working for us, you will have access to a wide range of benefits to support you at home and at work.

Some of these will be detailed in your contract, others can be found on our benefits portal or intranet. To give you a flavour of what is on offer:

Pension – we have a generous pension scheme with lots of different levels of savings. We contribute as well – up to 12% of your basic pay depending on how much you put in. We also offer life insurance and income protection cover.

Bonus – we have a discretionary bonus scheme which rewards you when our business does well.  How much you will get is based on your own personal performance and contribution.

EAL Rewards – you will have access to a reward portal which gives you great discounts on everyday items like your supermarket shopping, on many big name high street and online retailers, on cinema tickets, attractions and eating out. You even get discounts on gym memberships, holidays and hotels. You can access a tax free bicycle through our cycle to work scheme.

Airport Shopping – you can get discounts in many of our onsite retailers and food outlets. We also run regular staff shopping events, great for stocking up for special occasions.

Employee assistance – everyone needs a little help sometimes. Our onsite Occupational Health team are there to support you and you also have access to online and telephone support through our employee assistance programme. Whether problems are legal, financial or caused by ill health or family circumstances we can assist. We also have a free onsite physiotherapist and podiatrist.

Shining Stars – we have a recognition scheme for colleagues who go the extra mile where you can be nominated to receive a little extra “thank you” for a job well done. Each year we hold an awards ceremony to recognise the achievements of colleagues who have gone that little bit further.

Credit Union – we want everyone to have access to savings and loan products to support your financial needs. Capital Credit Union allows you to have money deducted straight from your wages and paid into your Credit Union account. This can be used for savings like ISA’s or loans including short term emergency loans at very competitive rates. You can also get mortgages. The Credit Union is fully regulated by the financial services authorities to make sure your money is safe.
