People and Planning
Our People and Planning People team are focused on supporting the people who make up the heart of our business. They look after everything to do with our people’s working lives and beyond from recruitment to training to staffing and rosters and health and support.
The team comprises Human Resources, Occupational Health, Training, Business Analytics, ID Centre, Workforce Planning and Customer Support.
Our Training and Occupational Health teams make sure that our people have access to the learning and development and health and wellbeing support to allow our people to be the best versions of themselves.
Business Analytics transforms data into insights and plans that support business decision making. This is the team responsible for short-run demand forecasting, capacity modelling and optimisation, and scenario planning.
Our dedicated in-house Customer Support Team are the centralised point of contact for our customers to answer more than 4000 queries, complaints and compliments a month.
Everyone working at Edinburgh Airport starts their journey at the ID Centre as this is where they pick up their ID pass. The ID Centre looks after our ID scheme to make sure our stakeholders adhere to legislative requirements.
Our Human Resources team are responsible for recruitment, vetting, payroll, employee benefits and in-employment management. They are the main point of contact for any employment queries, and are there to assist you throughout your employment with Edinburgh Airport.
