Diversity and Inclusion

Every day we welcome passengers from across the world and all communities, and we want a workforce that reflects this. We’re working hard to promote decent work and develop our team for future challenges. To do this, we know that embracing diversity is key and you can read more about our goals in this area as part of our Greater Good strategy.

We need the best and the brightest people working with us, bringing together a variety of experiences and perspectives and challenging how we do things round here.

We have a positive culture where what you do and how you do it is recognised, nurtured and rewarded.

Edinburgh Airport is a proud supporter of ex-military talent and are signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant. We have had great success in the past working with the Career Transition Partnership and have several service leavers that work at the airport today, including those that started in one role and have developed and progressed into more senior roles and different teams.

We believe service leavers have the skills we look for to work in the fast paced environment that is the airport. We promote our vacancies and career opportunities in aviation to former military personnel through career fairs and direct advertising. If you are leaving the Forces and looking for a new career challenge, we welcome your application.
