Commercial (X-Aero)

Our X-Aero Commercial team drives income across everything from getting to and from the airport, properties around the campus, retail offerings within the terminal and our commercial partners.  

The team work closely with a range of business partners to provide as much choice as possible to our passengers. By looking at our passenger mix, account trends and performance amongst other factors the X-Aero team drive the current and future strategy of the airports commercial offering.

Our X-Aero Commercial team is comprised of specialist areas, including Retail, Property, Digital and Commercial Services.

Roles in our team

Business Development Manager: Responsible for tendering and analysing which partners we should work with, and developing future commercial relationships

Operations Manager: Working closely with our business partners across the airport, and you will monitor operational standards across the retail estate and take a key role in the execution of retail capital projects.

Property Manager: Provides day-to-day management of the Edinburgh Airport Property portfolio, including tenant management, lease renewals and project delivery

Analyst: Developing our budgets, looking at sales performance of our retailers and partners, working on future capacity and planning for the future of EDI

‘The X-Aero Commercial team provides a unique opportunity to shape the future passenger experience at Edinburgh Airport.
