Our HR team is responsible for the employee journey at Edinburgh Airport. We look after employee relations, recruitment & vetting, talent & inclusion and payroll.
You will be responsible for proactively supporting the People Team in the delivery of the people strategy for the airport, supporting in the implementation of our new HR system and providing administrative support.

The recruitment process for this role will be comprised of a one stage, in person interview with our Head of HR Process and our Reward Business Partner. We will go through competency based questions to learn more about you, your experience and your motivations in applying for the role.

- Support with the administrative elements of our payroll, including adding new starters and monthly reports
- Assisting in planning our 2025 Values month activities
- Conducting policy review, research and suggestions
- Supporting the migration to our new HR System, including reviewing new modules and the communication of its introduction
A student currently enrolled in College or University, studing a relevant degree
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and an understanding of business needs
- Logic/Methodical mindset
- Familiar with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- Problem solver: you will enjoy finding solutions and presenting them in clear and effective manner.
- Interested in research, and able to present findings in an engaging way
