The Revenue Management team is a highly analytical team that is integral in supporting commercial business decisions; preparing traffic and revenue forecasts, tracking the revenue performance and contributing to the sustainability strategy. You will become a key member of this team while working closely to collaborate with the wider Commercial, Finance and Sustainability teams.
Your primary focus will be on providing in-depth analysis, reporting, and business modelling to support business performance and accurate forecasting. This role is ideal for a data analyst with a keen interest in finance and sustainability.

About the Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for this role will be comprised of a task and two interviews. We will send out a task to be completed, and successful candidates will be invited in for an interview with our finance team, who will discuss the task with them, and go through competency, values and technical questions.
The second interview will be in person, where you will meet with our Finance team, to discuss your experience, motivations in applying for the role, followed with competency and technical questions.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and Undertake Commercial Month-End Processes: Support and undertake the month-end processes to ensure accurate revenue reporting, and ensure accurate billing through close collaboration with the commercial and billing team
- Maintain and Update Datasets: Regularly update and maintain datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and collaborate with the IT team to develop and enhance the revenue and sustainability data portfolio
- Carbon Emission Models & Emissions Reporting: Collaborate with the wider business to gather data, analyse, and update carbon emission models and reports, developing and maintaining new and existing dashboards for sustainability emission reporting
- Forecasting Process: Lead the forecasting process (Budget/Reforecast) for Car Parking and support the team with other commercial revenue streams.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and enhance existing reports, as well as create new regular reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Model Development: Maintain and further develop existing excel models related to revenue management, performance tracking, and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally inquisitive approach.
- Able to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to convert and articulate complex analysis into business learnings
- Stakeholder management skills, able to engage with different people across the business
- Commercially minded: Ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial strategy to support business improvements and profitability
- Knowledge of sustainability practises and carbon emission reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Power BI
