This is a Mandarin speaking role, you must be fluent in Mandarin with a good understanding and level of spoken English.

As a Customer Service Assistant with World Duty Free you will have a good knowledge of all our products throughout the store. We have a whole range of exciting departments including Beauty, Jewellery, Handbags, Watches, Sunglasses, Liquor and Confectionery. There is something for everyone and a good Customer Service Assistant can build an instant rapport with customers whether it is recommending the perfect pair of Sunglasses for that last minute beach break or suggesting the ideal fragrance for that special someone.
