We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our branch at Edinburgh Airport.

Your duties as a Customer Assistant will include…….
- To deliver customer service excellence to all customers at all times, in line with company standards.
- To comply with all Thrifty vehicle returns procedures.
- To identify, pursue and resolve all issues arising from vehicle rental, ensuring self and others follow company policy on damage recovery from customers.
- To effectively manage car park spaces in order for upsell opportunities to be fully engaged.
- To maintain fleet awareness, moving upsell cars to the airport terminal in order to maximise revenue opportunities.
- To maintain up to date knowledge of fleet, rental terms and conditions.
- To fully understand incremental products in order to explain benefits and agree final billing with customers.
This position is offered on a Fixed Term Contract, paid between £7.70 – £8.21 per hour.
The right candidate will have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
Suitable candidates will be available to cover shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00am to 10:00pm
Ongoing training is offered along with a free uniform and an excellent pension scheme.
