MaxMara/Michael Kors – Manager

Developing engaging sales initiatives for the Edinburgh store and team. Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise every selling opportunity and deliver an excellent customer experience. Working with KPIs and analysing stock and sales figures to ensure your location is fully supported with the correct volume and catalogue. Reporting to and working very closely with the General Manager UK to shape and develop the customer centricity of the business and very importantly ensure that we have the right level of commercial calibre within our store team.

Driving sales and developing your team to deliver are your priorities.

We are a forward thinking business encouraging autonomy and accountability. This role offers the progression to attend forward buying appointments and development into taking ownership of the forward buys for this premium location.

Continuous improvement is required in this challenging environment. The role requires resilience, determination, the ability to travel mainly to London and Milan and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have: –

1. A proven background of delivering top line sales growth.

2. Managed a P&L and understand the importance of managing costs effectivley.

3. Worked with or be working with known fashion brands including following VM guidelines. (Premium brands are not essential although useful).
