Part Time Administration Assistant – Edinburgh Airport – £8.17 an hour
20 Hours per week, working 4 hours per day Monday to Friday
Hertz is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administration Assistant (20 hours a week) to be based at Edinburgh Airport.
The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining service level agreements and supporting the fleet network, to support business target achievements as defined by Management. Initiatives and decisions will be driven by protection of company assets as well as by customer satisfaction and revenue/profits generation.
The administrator will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support across all aspects of the company’s service including reconciling fuel reports, responding to location emails, directly to customers, online purchase completing daily auditable reports whilst meeting the company’s own internal standards.
- Processing and auctioning daily auditable reports
- Answering location email
- Dealing with customer email queries
- Completing online purchase orders
- Educated to good standard
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Admin experience
- Customer service experience
- English language
- Understanding of MS Excel
- Customer Driven
- Demonstrates flexibility and able to work within demanding business environment
- Customer Service oriented
- Team work
- Excellent PC literacy
