Valet parking doesn’t get more exciting than FastPark. Our digital valet parking service uses the latest technology to provide a quick, convenient, and secure start to our passengers by providing them with conscientious valet services at Edinburgh Airport. This role requires motivated individuals who excel in customer service.
Our FastPark team will engage with passengers on their arrival to the FastPark facility, collect their vehicles then safely and securely drive the vehicle to a remote secure parking area for long stay parking. On the day of return, our team will safely deliver the passengers car back to the FastPark facility ready for collection.
The Key Master is a critical role within the FastPark operation.
What you’ll be doing
- To deliver outstanding customer service.
- To carry out the vehicle check in process as outlined by Standard Operating Procedures, including the manual inspection, photos and recording of all information presented by the customer.
- Using bespoke software to control the movement of customer vehicles in and out of storage.
- Responsible for the correct storage of all customer keys within a secure key room and tracking key movements to and from drivers.
- Liaising with drivers in maximising the efficiency of the process of vehicle movements.
- Ensure vehicles are respected and treated as a valued possession.
What we’re looking for
To apply for this role, you’ll need.
- Full UK Driving Licence – Maximum of 3 Penalty Points and licence held for minimum 3yrs.
- Good communication skills.
- Intermediate computer/IT skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
